Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days since you receive the product you purchased. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchased item back to the manufacturer.

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@manuelos.shop!
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@manuelos.shop within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a
refund!
Refunds
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@manuelos.shop with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Sale items can be refunded as well. The refund amount will be the discounted amount of the order, and not the full price of the product.
In addition, the item must be eligible for refund as written above.
